1. Definitions:

2.2 You acknowledge that We cannot exercise control over postings to the web site and that, therefore, We shall in no way be responsible for any such postings.

You agree that We are not responsible for nor do We endorse any third party web sites or material which You access in the course of using the web site. This includes any reliance upon or offence taken /caused by content , advertising, products or services accessed. Interaction between You and any advertisers, service providers or merchants listed on the web site, including payment, delivery, product conditions, warranties, contracts and any other interaction are solely between You and the relevant party. You agree that you do not hold Us responsible for any loss damage or dispute in the course of these processes.

4. Statistical Analysis

During Your visits to this web site, site usage may be measured to enable statistical analysis of user behaviour. These results may be used to inform advertisers or service providers of potentially attractive locations within the web site. We shall not be liable for any damages, including without limitation, indirect or consequential damages, howsoever arising out of Your use of this web site or in respect of any of your actions or omissions taken in reliance on any information contained on this web site or any web site to which this web site is linked.

7.  Delivery
We aim to deliver all orders within 2-7 days. All items delivered to addresses within the UK are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery and to addresses outside the UK by FEDEX. You will be notified of postage fees at the time of ordering.

8. Cancellation
You may cancel an order that has not yet been dispatched and return any goods that may already have been dispatched up to 7 days from receipt (see return policy).  Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

9. Returns and Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase.  Please check the goods on delivery and ensure that they are supplied correctly.  If any of the goods prove to be unsuitable please return them within 7 days in the original packaging, unused, stating the reason for return with all relevant paperwork intact (such as Gem Grading Certificates) for a refund or exchange less any postage costs. All goods must be returned using a “Signed For” service to prove receipt of goods. If your jewellery was made using a CAD (Computer Aided Design) then the design fee and cost of the wax production will be deducted from the refund. Please contact 4Cs Diamonds before goods are returned to receive a refund number.

10. Amendments to these Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right, at any time, to modify, amend or update these terms and conditions.
