I just wanted to say thank you for all the help you gave us in creating my engagement ring. It is still perfect and I find myself looking at it every day!

There are very few people who would go out of their way as you did and it really made the whole experience a great one. You were able to capture the exact design that was in my head and the ring turned out to be all that I imagined.

Thanks also for the free polish when I came to get the wedding bands– I didn’t even think about it, but it made all the difference on the big day!

I came to see you on Saturday the 24th November, to buy a diamond ring. I'm sure you remember me!

I would just like to say how happy I am with the ring and the service.  I was pleasantly surprised at what I could afford, and the quality of your stones.

If I am ever in your part of the world again I will let you know and I'll take you up on your offer to have it certified, but for now I'm just enjoying the ring for what it is.   I can't wait for the party season to begin!
